I’m a freelance illustrator and comic artist living in Maryland. In my spare time, I bake gluten-free treats, play the Dragon Age games endlessly, or sing. Sometimes all at the same time. I’m also a bit of a film buff.
I primarily work with watercolors, markers, and ink washes. I’ve been drawing since I was old enough to hold a jumbo crayon in my stubby fingers. After my obligatory period of drawing the sun with sunglasses, I became obsessed with late 90’s manga in middle school and dedicated myself to learning the “manga style.” While attending (and later graduating from) SCAD’s program of sequential art, my professors and peers opened my eyes to other comics from around the world and encouraged me to find my own way to art.
